CONGRATULATIONS!

Congratulations Bruce Murakami and Justin Cabezas, along with the Hallmark Hall of Fame team that acted in, wrote, directed and produced last year’s production of Crossroads: A Story of Forgiveness. They will all be honored at the 2008 CAMIE awards at the Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills on May 3rd.

During the ceremony, Bruce and Justin will each be receiving the beautiful, bronze CAMIE statue for their community contributions that help inspire Crossroads. CAMIE, which stands for Character and Morality in Entertainment, is awarded to top film and television programs that are uplifting and filled with positive messages. According to Dr. Glen C. Griffin, Chairman and Founder of the CAMIE Awards said, “Certainly your story of forgiveness told in the movie, CROSSROADS fits the CAMIE criteria in every way. This is a classic which we think every young driver in the country (and their parents) should see it--along with the hearing your personal story that you and Justin are telling young people in high schools across the country.”
